Making a Payment
Payments can be made in cash, by card over the phone (07 5441 9222), or through the BPOINT links below:
Online Payment
- to pay fees such as Enrolment Application and Enrolment Confirmation
School Fees
- to pay school fees for a current student. Please have your BPay Customer Reference Number ready.
Refund/ Dispute Resolution Process
There are guidelines to protect a customer who considers their nominated financial institution account has been wrongfully debited or debited for an incorrect amount.
In the first instance, you must attempt to resolve the matter directly with St Joseph's Primary School (e.g. you request the school to investigate and possibly receive a refund).
If you are not satisfied with the above outcome, you may approach your financial institution, who will inform you of their claims process.
